9.30  Nick Harvey of the “In the Mix Project” youth project tells 10Radio listeners about plans for 2024 and recent changes to their charity

 

9.55  Peter Maggs is Chair of the Exmoor Arts Society, an organisation which promotes excellence in the wider arts field, with eminent speakers from a variety of disciplines.  Today, Peter explains how the Society runs and what we can look forward to this coming season.

 

10.25         Philip White MBE is retiring as CEO of Hestercombe Gardens, the iconic gardens and house near Taunton.  Over 30 years ago, Philip began an   almost single handed project to restore the 18thcentury landscape garden, adding to the early 20th Century Gertude Jekyll gardens known the world over.  Now, an internationally acclaimed garden, Hestercombe and Philip bid farewell to one another – and Philip moves onwards towards “writing the book”!

Andrew, aka "The Rockin Revd", is a retired priest living in Wellington who has been involved with 10Radio since its beginnings. Currently, he hosts the Home Service, a weekly programme bringing Christian worship & local churches to people's front rooms and also has his own Breakfast show on a saturday morning. He also co-presents 10Radio's Community Show with Pauline Homeshaw and is the current chair of 10Radio.
