9 Paul Dadson has installed a piece of art in Whelan’s Café in the Square in the centre of Wiveliscombe and it’s called “I am not a mug” – subtitle “I am the space where I am”. It references Rene Magritte and other artists and it has humour but more serious layered meanings and today, Paul explains his love for conceptual art.
9.30 Harry Brett served in the Second World War before Dunkirk and was taken to Germany as a prisoner of war after his capture in Crete in 1941. Marion Pollinger is Harry’s granddaughter and today she talks about her grandfathers war as he told it to her and as we shall hear today.

Andrew, aka "The Rockin Revd", is a retired priest living in Wellington who has been involved with 10Radio since its beginnings. Currently, he hosts the Home Service, a weekly programme bringing Christian worship & local churches to people's front rooms and also has his own Breakfast show on a saturday morning. He also co-presents 10Radio's Community Show with Pauline Homeshaw and is the current chair of 10Radio.
