The Pop Up programme

This week, commencing Monday May 13th, 10Radio will be taking over Wellington’s pop-up shop and broadcasting many of its programmes live from the shop window of its facilities in Fore St.  Passers-by will be able to see this special programme being broadcast live,  featuring guests from local businesses, organisations and focusing on events in the Wellington and the surrounding areas.  And between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. each day, people can pop into the shop in Fore Street, Wellington. to see how it all works, find out more and maybe even have a try for yourself!

As 10Radio is a volunteer run station which has been going, In one form or another, for over 15 years. It’s always had as its aim to provide local news, community information, music from any genre and especially encourages the promotion of local musical and artistic talents. 10Radio has also had, at its heart, the desire to provide opportunities for everyone local to be involved and has people of all ages and all ranges of ability as past part of its number.
