Claire Wilkinson rides Exmoor. Last weekend, Claire rode Fly her ex thoroughbred horse accompanied by George, a gipsy cob, all the way to Dunkery Beacon and back over three days all to raise funds for the Wiveliscombe Branch of the Royal British Legion. Claire talks about the journey, the people and creatures she met along the way and how she and her “boys” fared. (Broadcast on 15th August)
There’s a new gin on the block! Dryad Gin, made on the Quantock Hills, is Becky Wright’s latest venture and today she talks about her gin journey, using local ingredients. Her Dryad Yule has topped the spiced gin category in The Gin Guide Awards 2025 and we hear what Becky plans for the future. (Broadcast on 20th June)
Local girl Katharine Amphlett is off to start Officer Training at Sandhurst Military Academy in May and today Katharine talks about her excitement at this new direction in her career and what she hopes to plan for the future. (Broadcast on 14th March).
