4         Recent research suggests that over half of fathers who have sons who are still in primary school fear that their relationship will deteriorate as their sons move into their teenage years.  Holly Green, representing the charity “Beyond Equality” explains why this might be and some of the initiatives that her organisation is helping to try to address this

5   Have you ever been Coldplayed? Do you know what it means to be involved in Easter-egging?  Well, in 2026, it would seem a new vocabulary is quietly reshaping how people date, connect, and navigate relationships. Increasingly, the language of modern romance is being defined by themes of privacy, discretion, and emotional boundaries. To find out more and to discuss this cultural shift towards the need for privacy and discretion in romance, we talk to Lucy Beresford who is a psychotherapist and relationships expert
