9.00am On Saturday 2nd February 2008, Pauline talked to P J Luard, World Breaking Atlantic oarsman! PJ had just rowed the Atlantic with a team of 13 other men in a record time of 33 days 7 hours and 30 minutes, smashing the record held by the French for 16 years! PJ arrived in Barbados on 17th January at 8pm GMT having left the Canary Islands on 15th December 2007 – a distance of just over 3000 miles!

09.55 Tim Manyon has travelled in Tibet and today he talks about that trip and especially about meeting the Dalia Lama! (First broadcast on 15th August 2008)

10.50 Not a Blast from the Past Programme, but “Suzie Grogan’s Talking Books” - This week Jenny Kane joins Suzie in the studio once again. She is going to talk about her exciting project working on Robin of Sherwood scripts and her hot-off-the-press 'Romancing Robin Hood' novel, as well as give details of her wonderful writing workshops and forthcoming writing retreat. So tune in if you are keen to get those words down on paper at last!
